Chris Brown Total Victory Joint Custody of Royalty

Chris Brown just scored an enormous victory in
his child custody war with his baby mama ... he
got joint custody of Royalty, and he gets to take
her home today ... TMZ has learned. Brown and
Nia Guzman squared off in a Houston court
Friday morning. She not only wanted to deny
Chris any custodial rights, she also only wanted
to give him supervised visitation. The judge
disagreed and we've learned Chris and Nia will
share 50/50 physical custody, with Royalty going
back and fourth every 4 days. Both Chris and Nia
now live in L.A. And Chris, who was in court
represented by Mark Geragos, scored another

victory. The judge ordered him to pay Nia $2,500
a month in child support, which is exactly what
he's been paying her. She wanted $15k. The
judge also ordered Nia not to talk crap on Chris
and not reveal anything about the case on social
media. 2:00 PM PT -- Nia's legal team has a
positive outlook on the hearing. We're told they
see it as merely a temporary victory for Chris,
since there will be a mediation in weeks to come
-- and child support payments will be addressed.
Also, Chris agreed that his mother would always
be present when he has custody of Royalty.

Chris Brown is beefing up his security force and
putting his entourage, dancers, and crew on
notice -- NO screw-ups on tour ... or else. Sources
close to Chris tell us he's hired 5 new bodyguards
to shadow him during his "One Hell of a Nite"
tour. One of the guards will be eyeballing his
money and his jewelry at all times -- and there
will be NO backstage access for anyone, unless
they know Chris. The problem is ... he's fighting
for joint custody of Royalty and fears Nia
Guzman will use any missteps against him when
they meet in court in 2 weeks. We're told Chris
wants to make sure there are no more robberies
or violent incidents. He's so serious about keeping
things clean, he's told his dancers and entourage
they'll be sent home if anyone acts out. So, to
recap ... Chris is now the adult. Go figure.

Chris brown calls Rihanna his"homie"

Following his performance in Cyprus, Chris Brown discussed his friendship with Rihanna. He was asked about his decision to perform Rihanna’s chart-topping hit, “B**** Better Have My Money” during his live show and he said that he had nothing but love for ex Rihanna. “She’s my homie though. We knew each other since we were 14, 15 so with that kind of history, we are always going to be cool. I don’t get jealous, I don’t get mad. I got nothing but love and respect for her. “I respect her as an artist. Obviously people are going to make a spectacle, like, ‘Oh, he’s playing her music!’ But who doesn’t? I’m pretty sure she plays my music.” Breezy opens up about what fans can expect from his new album. “The new stuff that we got coming, the new album and also the new stuff, when y’all see the show…man I can’t wait.
