UNILAG students protests infestation of bedbugs

 

Students from Nigeria’s prestigious University of Lagos have staged massive demonstrations in the institution to protest against nagging infestation of bedbugs.

The students shut down the institution’s main gates, hanging some of the infested mattresses on the fences and gates.

The students say that the infestation has become so bad to the extent of not being able to sleep in their hostels.

They urged the school’s administration to take immediate action to ensure the institution is rid of the blood-thirsty bugs.
